DPE-Automotive adding Value for Customers
DPE-Automotive enjoy preferred supplier status with a varied group of suppliers and manufactures on a 1st tier basis. With our wealth of experience we can deal directly with OEM's and their supplier base.
New Equipment Installed and Online
Additional Twin Robot Cell were introduced at Newton Aycliffe Plant. We have just taken delivery of two double robotic Motoman Cells. These were installed and commissioned in record time.
A 3000 square metre expansion programme has been approved for the Newton Aycliffe facility - we are all pleased and excited by the proposed expansion of our excellent engineering facilities!

At DPE-Automotive Limited we are able to call on our pool of varied skill and knowledge base , providing a full Tooling Design build service utilising - Auto CAD & Catia V5 tool design capabilities, all in house. External additional capacity available.
Robotic resistance Welding
At DPE-Automotive Limited we are able to call on our pool of varied skill and knowledge base , providing a full Spot Welding - Capabilities manually from 50Kva to 250Kva, or via Robots.
Total Assembly
At DPE-Automotive Limited we are able to call on our pool of varied skill and knowledge , providing a Total Assembly Service - From simple assembly of brackets and fixings through to complete high level assemblies.
At DPE-Automotive Limited we are able to call on our pool of varied skill and knowledge base , providing a full ED Painting - Automotive approved Black ED facility, finish surpasses 100 hours complex corrosion and 1000 hours salt spray.
